Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make your experience as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Window
- Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order is confirmed by the admin.
- Once an order is confirmed by the admin through the MAD App dashboard, it can no longer be canceled by the customer.
2. How to Cancel
- To cancel an order, go to the “My Orders” section within the MAD App.
- Select the order you wish to cancel and tap the “Cancel” button.
- If the order has not yet been confirmed by the admin, it will be successfully canceled and no charges will apply.
3. Post-Confirmation Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled after admin confirmation. If you have a concern after confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Refunds or exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Refund Policy
- If your cancellation is successful (i.e., made before admin confirmation), you will receive a full refund (if payment was already made).
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
5. Exceptions
- AVATAR Group reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability, technical issues). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
