By registering, accessing, or using our app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

The MAD platform is strictly for registered vendors and businesses. By using our platform, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false or incomplete information.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the MAD platform solely for lawful business purposes, including:

- Communicating with Avatar Group
You must not:

- Misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity

- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the app

- Upload or transmit harmful content (e.g., malware, spam)
4. Product Information & Pricing
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However:

- Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice

- Orders are subject to stock availability

- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order
5. Order Placement and Payment

- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or agreed credit terms

- Payment must be made via approved methods listed on the MAD platform

- All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Avatar Group
6. Shipping & Delivery

- Vendors are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
7. Returns, Replacements, and Warranty
