The MAD platform is strictly for registered vendors and businesses. By using our platform, you confirm that:

• • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false or incomplete information.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the MAD platform solely for lawful business purposes, including:

• • Browsing and purchasing electronics

• • Managing orders and delivery

• • Communicating with Avatar Group

You must not:

• • Misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity

• • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the app

• • Upload or transmit harmful content (e.g., malware, spam)

4. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However:

• • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice

• • Orders are subject to stock availability

• • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order

5. Order Placement and Payment

• • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or agreed credit terms

• • Payment must be made via approved methods listed on the MAD platform

• • All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Avatar Group

6. Shipping & Delivery

• • Delivery timelines depend on product availability and destination

• • Avatar Group is not liable for delays due to third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances

• • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

7. Returns, Replacements, and Warranty

• • Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery
